Hello All...My name is Christian and I recently joined the AML Leukemia Patient Group. Found out I had Leukemia while visiting my daughter in Denmark with a mutated gene that wasn't doing its job against Cancer cells. The hospital couldn't believe I was still walking as I only had 4 liters of Blood in my body. Fast forward to my return trip to Cleveland (hometown) and Texas where I started a Clinical Trial that's gone on for 2 months of chemo and a new drug called Tag. I found out they found a donor for me a couple of weeks before Christmas 🥳 and now in the process of getting prepped before Stem Cell surgery but I feel good and looking forward to life and chatting with all of you!Thanks....
