20 YR SURVIVOR

This Sunday marks my 20 yr survivor anniversary. I was 38 yo when diagnosed with Triple Negative, Stage 2, Grade 3 breast cancer. I will not regret my aggressive treatment choices, as I wouldn't probably be here otherwise. For all you newly diagnosed, please keep hope in your heart as you can also kick cancer's butt! I do have a question, for any other long-term survivors, I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced Vitiligo and if this could be a side effect from all of my treatment coming out later in life? Just wondering if there is some correlation.

Congratulations on 20 years being a survivor. That is awesome as I am like one of the new ones and also a new survivor of breast cancer since they got rid of the cancer Jan 5. I'm 48 almost 49 so I don't have any information about vitiligo but I do know that my mom did have some skin changes and drying when she was going through chemo and immunotherapy with her brain, bone and lung cancer that she lotion up a lot. Sadly my mom passed away three and half years ago.
