I have not tried the combination you list, and the one I am familiar with does not use Prednisolone.
I was going to use it before my last extraction, but you need to swallow the one pill whole because it is a time-release pill, and I have an issue with pills risking getting stuck, so I could not use them.
If you have had ORN since 2018, are you working with a doctor to try to resolve it?
If it has been that many years, how has it affected your jawbone where the ORN is?
Have you tried HBOT (Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment)
I would say work with your doctor and try it, the combination is supposed to promote healing, so you have nothing to lose and healing to gain.
I will post some links below, maybe they will be helpful to you.
I hope you are working closely with a doctor on this; if not, I surely recommend you get with a doctor or medical team and address this.
It is probably best addressed at a major hospital, a teaching hospital, or an oral surgeon with experience at this.
Take Care, God Bless
