The endless referrals. The specialists who don’t talk to each other. The procedures that get canceled, delayed, or forgotten. The feeling that you’re managing your own case because no one else will.

4. Late Effects Management

The pain that shows up 20, 30, 40 years later. The symptoms no one can explain. The tests you fight to get.The doctors who say, “That can’t be from your cancer,” when you know it is.

Now the real question:
