AML and IDH1 and Tibsovo

Hello,

My wife was diagnosed with AML possibly caused by a mutation in the IDH1 gene (it may not be the only one, EZH2 as well?). Prescribed Tibsovo which works great for now. I have questions to members that may be using this drug:

How long have you been using it with or w\o side effects?

Any advise on reducing the dose if side effects occur and the efficacy of the reduced dose?

Thank you
