Rectal Nodule

Recently had an endoscopy. A single adenomatous polyp was removed, it was pre-cancerous. Part of a rectal nodule was removed but the biopsy did not get deep enough tissue to rule out a carcinoid lesion. The gastro wants to have a EUS done. I'm leaning towards "No" after reading about chances of finding cancer there after a partial excision. FWIW I am anemic and had the endoscopy (and colonoscopy) to determine if an issue there may have been responsible for the blood loss.
