"One thing I found is that if you're a long-term survivor and you're looking for help, you cannot look for help as a cancer patient because you no longer have cancer. You are only dealing with the effects of cancer treatment, not cancer per se. Even though you might have helped a lot of people as a ‘guinea pig,’ you're not a victim—you're alive with personal challenges." I here to change the perspective of being a survivor ?
