Anyone had Artificial Sphincter/Penile Implant at same time?
Over a year later still struggling with incontinence and ED.
Saw my Urologist a couple weeks ago for an unrelated issue but brought it up during the visit and he said to give it til February and we’d talk then about one or both procedures.
I’ve read it’s beneficial to do both at once since it’s one surgery and one recovery. Anyone here had both done? What was recovery and outcome like?

wow the incontinence must be real bad I am two years out and I go through about 2 pads a day to me. That’s nothing I’m used to it. You know What an artificial sphincter is. They put a valve inside your penis open and close it by squeezing a button in your scrotum, I mean my God to me I’d rather deal with a couple pads every day, but to each their own
