I need help with early symptoms of pancoast cancer

Hi, I don't know if these are symptoms of a pancoast tumor or just joint pain from everyday activities.

My pain is in my right shoulder joint and feels like a rotator cuff injury. It started 3 weeks ago and hasn't gone away. It only hurts when i move my arm around, mainly when i lift my arm straight out to the side. Some days feel better than others. Sometimes the outer muscle beneath the joint feels sore but not every day.

    I’m not a doctor, but what you’re describing doesn’t really sound like a Pancoast tumor to me. Pain from a Pancoast tumor is usually constant because it’s nerve-related, and it typically doesn’t change with arm movement or activity. Your pain sounds more orthopedic, like something involving the shoulder joint or rotator cuff.

    That said, it’s not normal to have shoulder pain that lasts for several weeks, so it’s still a good idea to get it checked out by a doctor to rule out anything serious and to get proper treatment. It’s very unlikely to be a Pancoast tumor based on what you’ve shared, but persistent pain of any kind deserves an evaluation.
