Nano knife recovery

I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in March 2025 and had a Gleason score of 4+3. Luckily I was able to undergo the nano knife procedure which was straightforward and without complications. Now I’m 3 months post op and wondering if and when I will see improvements in erectile function and semen volume. Medications aren’t helping. Both are poor to nonexistent.

My suspicion is that I will just have to wait to find out although patience isn’t a virtue I have 😊. So I’m wondering if others can share their experiences just so I know what to expect: good or bad.

I'm hoping your IRE nanoknife experience will turn out better than mine. I also had 4+3 Gleason score and although my nanoknife procedure went well with the exception of a bout of urinary retension, it was successful at irradicating the cancer in the prostate gland, however six months later I unfortunately had metastasis to the pelvic lymph nodes. Anyhow, after nanoknife I had no problems with erections but no ejaculate. Only dry orgasams which is permanent. Now after pelvic imrt and adt my libido is zilch. The way I look at it right now sexual function is the least of my worries. I don't regret my decision to go with a focal treatment. The metastasis likely would have occurred regardless of initial treatment. How much has your PSA dropped since your procedure? I'm curious where you had it done?
