Hi rdk,
I take claritin, yup the antihistamine. It somehow interferes with pain receptors from AI medications and lessens the pain. I take it in the morning 10mg is recommended but their are studies up to 25mg….Hot flashes are more a nuisance for me. I just keep taking off and putting on clothes….
