Breast change from radiation one year after treatment

Hi. I have red dots on my breast one year after radiation. I had a bad reaction to the radiation when I had it called radiation burn. Now, I have these things. They kinda stick out, and they itch. I had a mammogram to make sure they weren't cancerous and they aren't. Which is good. Anyway, I was itching at a particular itchy area last night and the red little piece came out and I just removed it the rest of the way, thinking nothing of it. I was playing a video game, and just kept on playing. It kept on itching, crazy-like, and I like on, like, rubbing it with the arm it was attached to. Then, I began to notice that it felt wet, like I was sweating, but I still didn't pay it no mind. I was like, ok, I am sweating. But, then, something connected, when I realized the sweat seemed to be spreading. I looked over, and there was dark blood all over, including my arm. I live in a nursing home, so I showed the CNA who got the nurse, who proceeded to clean the blood off me, disinfect the area, and patch me up. I would me remiss to say that the incident didn't freak me out.
