Good and bad days

Hello everyone, my mother has stage 4 breast cancer that has spread to her bones and liver. She has some good days but also bad days, i wanted to ask if its normal that she feels good one day and the other day she's super tired and in pain? She is on enhertu and her last dose was on September 1 its more than 10 days , the side effects should subside by now but i see her tired and in pain. Her calcium is also high i don't know if thats the reason of her pain
