VIN Partial Vulvectomy Aftercare

hello ladies… I had a partial vulvectomy March of this year. It was VERY painful, stitches did burst, but I made it….. now months later I am still not where I want to be in nowhere near as comfortable as I thought I would be. Other areas are itchy, and the surgery site has also began to itch. I’ve gone back to my gynecologist as well as my oncologist. My oncologist simply wants to watch the area while my gynecologist wants to biopsy. I seriously dont really want any more cutting in the area of course due to the pain level BUT Im young and I have hopes of hopefully one day being a wife. Any suggestions on what I should be doing? Is there anything I can do to help myself?
