Draw a cartoonish jar with a lid on it. On top of the lid, write "Break". At the bottom of the jar, write "This is what happens to survivors when they're not listened to". Inside the jar, include the following text: "Sometimes when life doesn't go as expected: Acknowledge Your Experience, Seek Supportive Communities, Educate Yourself and Others, Communicate Openly, Advocate for Change, Practice Self-Care, Consider Professional Support, Focus on Your Journey".
