Hi Everyone - I wrote that initial June 15 post after good followups from my kidney doc. Then I disappeared and went to ground because… on a completely unrelated scan, something "of concern" showed up in a lymph node behind my sternum. I have a clinic appointment July 31 back in Iowa and a biopsy on August 01. It's been a month of "unknowing." Chest xray was clear when I had my ultrasound mid June. Optimistically I scheduled two weeks for this trip. My wife Willa will travel with me - we're both working with the Church of Ireland and hope to get home as soon as possible. I'll try to check in here more and keep you posted. Thanks and take care ~

oh, this is really stressful. The more you scan - the more issues will inevitably pop up from time to time. But good that this lymphnode was noticed and will be checked out.

    Good luck, Jazz!
