Cervical cancer diagnosed now renal cancer- can I have two surgeries at once?

hi - I was diagnosed with cervical cancer in April after getting an IUD. I’ve recently undergone a LEEP procedure and am just recovering. After my follow up I was sent to get a CT scan to check for any other possible complications before getting a partial hysterectomy, leaving only my ovaries . They have found a mass on my right kidney. I am scheduled for the hysterectomy in 8 days. I’m wondering if I should ask to have the hysterectomy and the mass removed ( or kidney removed) at the same time to lessen the need for times of anesthesia as well as consolidate my recovery time . Is this an option? Thanks
