Elevated heart rate

My resting heart rate has been in the low 50s for many years. In the hospital receiving the first cycle of DA-EPOCH-R it was still in the low 50s. However this week I had an immunotherapy infusion. My resting heart rate is now in the 70s. Still a 'good' heart rate but very high for me. Anyone else experience similar? Wonder if that's why I have a hard time sleeping.

Sorry to hear this. The powerful steroid Prednisone is the "P" in EPOCH. Among other things, it boosts metabolism, often carrying heart rate along with it. If you cannot sleep, OTC meds such as Benadryl or similar sleep aids can help. Beyond this, there are various prescription drugs which can help you to sleep at night. You might consider calling or emailing your team for their suggestions.
