Nausea with stint

Hi everyone. Will get final diagnosis this week but I have a resectable tumor at the head of my pancreas. I’ve had a couple of stints placed so far to open up bile duct. First was a larger metal one that caused terrible discomfort, had waves of “contractions “, then they replaced it with smaller plastic one that got infected and started running fever. They replaced it again, this time with 2 plastic ones which will need to be replaced in 10 weeks. My problem….. I can’t eat/ drink hardly. Always feel nauseated despite taking zofran and protonix. I keep thinking how in the world can I survive 3 months of chemo before the whipple surgery when I am losing weight daily. Food is just unappealing. I was told the tumor, which has not spread, is 3.5 cm and is pushing on stomach and causing fluid buildup in stomach. Just wondering if anybody has experienced this?!
