New to this C and forum

Had my 3rd TURBT Op. on Monday, Dr. removed 2 Tumors and scraped a suspicious area, then I had 40 minutes of Mitomycin. This was all done at a Regional Urological Center who say they are up to date on C and might be affiliated with the U of Iowa.
The bleeping C has come back twice, really, because the Dr. suspected he had not got it all the first time. Was clean, so he put me on a 6-month check, and back to the Op. room. I was the one who requested Intravesical Chemo, but…
Do they only have one size of tube that goes into your P tract? I'm a little man, now, only weigh 116lbs., and those 40 minutes were excruciating in my wee wittle weenie area.
Installed the tube during the Op., so no freezing in the area. If I went in just for Chemo, would they freeze the tract to the degree it would be tolerable for an hour?

Sadly, bladder cancer has a bad habit of recurring. Am not sure about tube sizes. You can request that they use lidocaine to coat the tube or they could squirt some into the urethra and wait about 5 minutes before inserting the tube. That is what they did when I had BCG instilled. It helped, but it wore off after about 20 minutes. The 2-3 days that the Foley catheter was left in after a TURBT was no fun at all. As soon as I met the minimum time, I removed that thing in the shower (after draining the bulb that holds it in place, of course).
As always, ask your provider if they can provide a smaller tube and some lidocaine.
