in Breast Cancer #1

Has anyone that was diagnosed with Stage 4 breast cancer able to go into remission and able to have more children without the cancer coming back? This would mean taking the chance of stopping all medication to be able to carry the baby yourself. Or is it better and safer to go surrogacy route?
