Battling prostate cancer

I am 63 years old diagnosed with prostate cancer in October 2024 my psa went from 43.43 to 0.28 in 4 months on orgovyx with lymph node and a couple of ribs involvement my doctor just prescribed nubeqa and now I'm wondering what's next

    No one can predict the future; not even an MD. Let's just hope that your current drug regimen will hold your cancer in check for a LONG time.

    Hi,

    Monitor as your doctor requires with future scans checking for additional cancer spots. PMSA scans are the best for spotting metastatic cancer. Possibly some type of external beam radiation killing the metastatic spots? Is the Orgovyx giving you and nasty side effcets?
