Overactive bladder from ADT and IMRT

Just finished the last of 40 IMRT sessions last week and have been on Orgovyx and Zytiga for about 3 months. Feeling OK with the exception of an overactive bladder including urinary urgency and frequency. I need to pee about every 1-1/2 hours. Very annoying especially during the night. Not getting adequate sleep. I understand that IMRT can irritate the bladder lining and ADT can also contribute to overactive bladder. Has anyone had a similar situation and is it likely this will improve over time as my radiation oncologist is suggesting?
