Diep flap reconstruction

how long did anyone who had a physical job (I work in a kitchen) return to work after diep flap reconstructive breast surgery? I’m coming up on my 6 week follow this week at Dr and I’m nervous and having some issues about returning too early. About not being able work due to being on my feet all day plus it’s physical work. I’m tired constantly, have trouble sleeping, and still have pain in breasts as well as swelling in my tummy. I’m getting lots of physical, mental, and emotional issues as well as anxiety. When I had my dm in November I returned to work after 2 months. Three days later was out for almost another month due to getting infection. Please comment about similar issues. Thanks in advance.
