Weight Loss

So. I finished my treatments on 4/8/25. At that time I weighed 206 (from initial weight of 222). I’m 6’2”
Since finishing the treatments and working my way back to my pre treatment meal schedule, I’ve lost another 5lbs. I’m at 201 today I still drink around 80 ozs of fluid per day
I am out on our 9 acres working every day on something Changing oil in our buggy and 2 zero turns today
For Those who have completed therapy. Is that normal or should I be concerned??
Thanks and hope everyone has a GREAT weekend 🚜🐝🚜

I was carrying some extra weight According to ideal weight calculator, my ideal weight is 147-195. Quite the range 😳
I worked out for over 35 yrs, so I know I’m losing muscle and gaining fat as I get older. Catches up to you if you’re not paying attention 🤣😎🤣
My best friend from highschool and I are both trying to get under 200 by summer. He’s my age and 5’ 10”. Wish us luck 🤓
Have a GREAT week 🚜🐝🚜
