Dear Americans,

I am a British man, living in the UK. My wife Debbie has advanced blood cancer. I find myself becoming increasingly gloomy and short-tempered, which is of no help to Debbie, especially as it is she and not me who is facing death. Do any male caregivers out there have any advice they could offer me? Thanks for taking the time to read this.
