Concern About Bone Health After Cancer Treatment
Hi everyone,
I’m reaching out because I’ve been feeling a bit concerned about my bone health after going through cancer treatment. I was diagnosed with, and after undergoing treatment (chemo/radiation/surgery), I’ve noticed some unusual aches and pains, particularly in my joints and bones.
I’ve read that cancer treatments can sometimes affect bone density and lead to conditions like osteoporosis. I’m wondering if anyone here has experienced similar issues, and if so, what steps did you take to manage your bone health afterward?
I have gone through this website :https://csn.cancer.org/CISSPcertificationcategories/bone and need more concern
Are there any specific exercises or supplements that helped you? I’ve been considering seeing a specialist, but I wanted to get some advice from others who have been through this before.
Thank you in advance for your insights. It’s tough navigating these post-treatment concerns, and I really appreciate any advice or support.
Take care,
michaelcarlos
