Most Cancer Centers of Excellence have a team within the Urological Group that deals specifically with ED and related male issues associated with post cancer treatments. They offer advice and can recommend various methods/solutions to minimize these negative consequences. Have you asked your Urologist if such a team exists at your cancer center?

Reduced ejaculate is to be expected because many of the cells involved in producing ejaculate have been damaged by the radiation.
To address ED, see your urologist. There are drugs and other approaches that might help.
Urinary control may get better in due time. Ask your urologist or a physical therapist with specific knowledge about this issue for help.

After prostate radiation, about half of men notice some erectile trouble and a good chunk get urinary leakage; it’s pretty typical. I’ve talked to my urologist about PDE‑5 meds, and sildamax kaufen was a cheap, effective option for me. Others swear by pelvic‑floor exercises, vacuum pumps, shock‑wave sessions, or hormone checks. Support groups at the cancer center also give solid tips.
