I'm so lost and confused

September 2024 I was diagnosed with melanoma and squamous cell carsanoma. I have mohs surgeries and excisions to remove them. Once the biopsies started taking place and the removal started taking place I began to have severe headaches on the left side of my head along with left ear pain, left jaw pain, and pain in the left side of my throat. I thought it may be an allergic reaction to something used during procedures but to my dismay it wasn't. So due to everything on the left side and the cancer diagnosis I was referred for a CT scan of my head, blood work, and a mammogram. Mammogram shows fibro glandular in the left breast with lymph nodes also showing white. Now Ive got to go and have a repeat mammogram. My throat pain almost feels like strep but strep never develops. Could these symptoms be related to the mammogram results? Does this result mean it could be cancer? I can't seem to hold my weight. Since September I've lost 30 lbs without any difference in exercise and no change in diet either.

I just need some directions on what to do or what to prepare for please.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer two months ago and got a unilateral mastectomy without reconstruction last month. It could be that you’re feeling nervousness, I get headaches from all the anxiousness and too much information. I hope that your mammogram went well.

your margins were clear from the melanoma and SCC procedures? Have they done further work up to ensure no other areas of concern for skin cancers. Full body exam including scalp?
