Laporoscopy results for Periotoneal/Colon/Stage 4

So.my husband (Stage 4 colon and peritoneal) had a laproscopy performed 2 weeks ago. 3 biopsies came back from peritoneoum and show NO CANCER, NO TUMOR. This is after 6 rounds of chemo. ANyone else get a positive result like this after chemo for cancer that we were told was diffuse and sprinkled throughout abdomen. We are very excited and cautiously optimistic. He was diagnosed in Sept/October of 2024. They will continue with a few more rounds of chemo at this point.
