Hematomas after a double mastectomy

I had a double mastectomy two weeks ago, They put the prevena plus wound vac on me and when they took it off 6 days later I had developed hematomas!

I got instructions to wash with soap and put silvedene cream on them twice a day.

Can anyone give me any suggestions?????
