Thank you all
Thanks tom all of the men on here who went through some type of treatment and who are always here to share their views and to share their opinions. Recently, my older brother is having an issue unfortunately with his pancreas he’s going in for a biopsy on February 11. I posted, asking dor some advice in the pancreatic cancer for him and woth no response at all and then when I looked there are probably 10 to 15/topics /asking questions but not one person commenting back. I look at this form and wow, there are always men right there Johnny on the spot to give their views in their opinions and their help , I just wanted to share that and thank everybody there were quite a few guys that were there for me when I really needed it .. I am here to share my thoughts and opinions as well from what I went through you know what I learned you can’t always trust doctors you can trust men that have been through everything and then you make your own judgment

Hi
You are also to be congratulated for sharing your experiences and for the comments and advices given to us all.
Hopefully your brother gets a negative biopsy on cancer. In any case, your experience will be to certain extent helpful to your brother to understand what's going on.
Best wishes

Steve,
I know three individuals, one a first cousin about 70, another a friend through marriage, perhaps 70 also, and a female, who is a sister to a friend of mine in the neighborhood. Her age is probably early-60s. All three were diagnosed with Stage IV Pancreatic cancer three or four years ago. All three had multiple modality treatments, which included surgeries, radiation, and chemo. And each had two or more surgical removals of tumor mass, not just one.
ALL THREE are in full remission for over a year now. Pancreatic Stage IV is no longer the death sentence that it once was.
Blessings and good luck to you and your brother,
max
