Stories of Beating Stage 4 Cancer???

I have stage IV with CRC. The specific type is signet Ring Call Carcinoma. Only 4 percent of CRC is this type. It is also synchronis which mean 2 tumors formed independently( 1 percent of the 4%). I am on palliative chemo and so far the side effects are minimal. studies have shown a likely survival tome is 8-30 months. I am about at 6months now. Folfiri plus Bevasisamab (spelling) every two weeks. I am not eligible for immunotherapy although Sloan Ketterling is making huge advancement in that regard. My oncologist put it this way, the longer she can keep me alive, the better chance I have with new therapies. The side effects to my treatment are manageable so I will endure them as long as possible.

Hi thanks for talking to me, I feel so alone, so I do live in California in the city and there are wonderful hospitals here, but I'm state insurance and they don't include those hospitals or doctors in the list they accept. I do have a story and I can see other people do too and I don't feel so alone I wish I knew about this last year. I do want to post about and get honest unbaised opinions, but i stayed up all night having an exetential crisis and then I saw someone actually responed, so thank you and I just wanted to reach out but i have to go to bed before I crash, thank you Ill talk soon
