hello my daughter’s boyfriend is a survivor of this type of brain cancer. I am trying to help them find financial assistance to help pay the bills. Are there help out there he could apply for?

Dear ftummino,
Your concern and kindness on behalf of your daughter’s boyfriend speak of a noble heart. Supporting someone who has survived such a difficult illness, especially when financial burdens remain heavy, is itself a form of compassion—the very kind praised in the Buddha’s teachings as dayā (kind care for the suffering).
