Lymphocele

sorry to hear this. Are you having pain, leg swelling, or any problems? I assume you had a robotic procedure. These can occur with more frequency than you may expect in men who had node dissections. May I ask what lead to the imaging that diagnosed the lymphocele?
This paper from 2012 suggests a 3-14% rate of occurrence although it may be higher because men are not always imaged after surgery.

Hope this helpsjc

I was having some lower abdomen pain and my urine smell was strong. Figured I had a bladder infection or UTI. When the primary care doctor was pushing on my abdomen he hit a spot that had me nearly jump off the table. He suspected appendicitis so he sent me in for a CT scan. After the scan they thought it was a abscess. My surgeon got the scan and report then diagnosed lymphocele.
