Basil cell carcinoma what does one do for there nose?

I have used so many different types of sun block since my first Mohs surgery on the (corner of my eye and nose) they had to do the surgery 2 times that day, digging so deep, i walked around with a hole in the location, I was barely able to cover it up and only used Aquaphor to help with the healing.. I use sunblock and A hat for my face everyday but my nose always has a sore that comes and goes. I put the sunblock on so thick that my nose is completely white and yet i still have sores that come and go in the same area, any tips on a sunblock that really works does not rub off or wipe off so easily. My nose is in trouble i think my lips are too, If at all possible I really Do not want to have mohs surgery again,
Are there any other treatments besides Mohs surgery That can help with the problem?
Thank you Sunny.
