Ovarian Cancer Symptoms
Okay, this may be a little long but please bear with me.
In 2019 | had some health issues going on, I had a mammogram done and they found several enlarged lymph nodes in my armpit area, a biopsy was done and it ended up being nothing but I still didn't feel right, so my doctor ordered a CT scan and she called and said "I think we found what's wrong!! There is an over 2 cm tumor in your right ovary!!", so she ordered an ultrasound but during that ultrasound they didn't see it.
So I gave up and started living my life, best I could. Well I started having excruciating pain right before my period on the right side...this was in 2021, they order a CT scan but said everything was normal...yet when I got the results myself I saw that the tumor from 2019 was actually still there!!! And I also had pelvic congestion and enlarged lymph nodes through my groin and in my stomach...but they didn't even mention it. At that point I was fed up with being gaslit by doctors, they were essentially treating me like I was crazy. Well last year I started having horrific chest pain, bone pain, swelling and redness in my joints and the pain in my ovary persisted prior to my period...well about 5 months ago the lower back pain started, it's mainly at night when I'm trying to sleep but it's BAD, to the point I've woken up in tears...and 2 months the urine frequency started, at first I thought maybe it was a UTI but the urgent care tested and said everything was normal but it persisted so l've been through several rounds of antibiotics and nothing helps!! I pee SO much now, and it's making sleep so hard because if I even have a tiny bit of urine in my bladder when I lay down, it's so uncomfortable I can't sleep...and now I stay bloated, I am a tiny woman but I look pregnant from the bloating...and the lower back pain is constant now, as well as the pain in both my ovaries(in the beginning it was only the right side but now it's both sides). I am nauseous all the time!! The urgent care clinic gave me nausea medicine because every night I get so nauseous and I get full so easily, I have lost weight because of this.
Also when I lay down I can't have anything touching my pelvis area because it feels so uncomfortable!! I'm tired all the time...my bones hurt constantly... You can feel giant lumps in my pelvis area, as well as enlarged lymph nodes in my groin, armpit, neck, etc. I ask itch constantly and have a weird rash all over. My periods have decreased, I used to have pretty heavy periods and now they are super light and only last a couple of days.
My lower stomach is also hard, like super hard. Ovarian cancer also runs in my family, my maternal grandmother had it. I'm almost certain I have it and because of being dismissed and a missed scan(the original ultrasound) it is possibly in an advanced stage. I just wanted to see what those of you who have had it think of my symptoms...! have more but these are the main ones. And the more time that passes, the more each symptoms seems to be increasing... I know you can't diagnose me but I am just curious.
Anyways, thanks ahead of any comments!!

I would take all of these symptoms very, very seriously. I don't know where you are located, but I would seek out a gyno-oncologist ASAP at a specialty hospital like Memorial Sloan Kettering in NYC. My OC was not diagnosed until after the pathology came back post-hysterectomy, and that was in NYC with great MD's. It is really easy to dismiss OC symptoms as they are so ordinary (bloating, backspin, etc), but it sounds like you have them all. If you feel that there is something wrong, listen to your body, and find a MD who will listen to you. Best of luck.

Go to a specialist, Gynecologic Urologist immediately. Your symptoms have escalated to an undeniable stage.
They start small, and they come and go. This is exactly what happened to me. You think something is wrong, PCP doctor can't find anything and thinks you are a hypochondriac! Mine even refused to give me antibiotics, and sent me to physical therapy to learn kegels for 6 months! Didn't work of course, and I eventually demanded a referral to a Gynecologic Urologist, and she felt something immediately and ordered an ultrasound. I was diagnosed Stage 3C.
You know your body, demand a referral and get answers from the correct specialist.
Good luck.
