I saw my Oncologist a year ago, he congratulated me, he said I was done with my CT scans. But he said he was going to request one more CT scan . To see if they would approve it and The insurance approved it. Whats the guidelines when in remission, I was done with chemo and radiation on October 19,2019. Im confused I was hoping my insurance would of denied it
