Has anyone else with hr+ and HER2- lymp node positive started with chemo and then surgery. I still not understanding why. surgeon says this is how its done and it will help shrink lymp for better removel. Onoco. says its protocal and the best way to do it???

Because it's positive for your lymph nodes they want to stop it from spreading further. The only way to do it is with chemo drugs first. Even with HER2 negative they'll want to stop it in the lymph nodes first. You don't want it to metastasize to other areas of your body.
