My mum just diagnosed please help

hello all, my mum just got diagnosed 68 yold none smoker healthy person we live in Turkey. I am here because I need help and suggestions we are so shocked that we dont know which treathment to choose :( so 3 months ago they had MRI and saw the growth it was on right kidney and on pet scan 7.7 number size 10 cm no other metastasis in body but her prof looked sad and said us secretly when mum is outside that surgery is not possible that tye tomor moved inside the liver also where the artery is :( do you think she can survive? I am scared of chemotheraphy what treathment shall we use? Please i only have my mum in this world i want to save her god bless u all and wishing all a fast recovery ❤️
