Non chemo treatment

I am helping my 60 year old friend who has an inoperable tumor the size of a lime. It has not changed size in a year. He has done everything except chemo and radiation. Are we allowed to collaborate with others on here who are trying alternative approaches or will I get censored just for asking?

What type of cancer is it? I'm dealing with pancreatic cancer - inoparable as well
