Cialis?

You and I are on the same timeline...surgey on 7/11. My urologist started me on Cialis September 4th...20mg. But after 2 weeks I had side affects (light-headed and I fell once). Dr said to stop and added that the opinions and studies on taking Cialis right away are mixed anyway . Basically he was saying it may not matter and just time (6 -18 months) is all I need
Regarding incontinence, I finally stopped leaking just under the 3 month mark. I didn't think it would ever stop. But so many people on this board were so encouraging to be patient and it worked for me. No more pads, but an occasional wet spot.
I'll be 69 in 3 weeks and in good health, other than needing surgery for prostate cancer.

Glad you are doing well. July 10 for my surgery, so just past the 3 month mark. I still am wearing a thin shield. I would say I have 90 % control but I have the occasional leak, more of a nuisance than anything else. Usually when I sneeze or cough but occasionally when I stand up from sitting down for a long period of time. My doc says I am ahead of schedule, but I am really looking forward to not having to wear any protection.
