Less than 24 hours post Surgery

lesjanes,
Thank you for your concern Dr said my blood clot was not necessarily to inactivity, but possibly the extended 6 1/2 hours in surgical position. They always tell you to stretch your legs on long airline flights. I have been walking for 30 minutes. Even after the first early morning ER visit Friday I was out walking later that afternoon. I think I first felt the blood clot coming Saturday when I went out to walk. I felt a slight pain 2/3 as I stepped onto my right leg in the area of my right calf, but brushed it aside as it dissipated pretty quickly on the walk. Then four days later after nothing today. I never thought a blood clot but some pinched nerve or something because as I said their was no warmth, swelling or redness. The Doctor said while I was not experiencing more typical signs in my case the clot was likely pushing strongly into a nerve as it got bigger.
