Question on behalf of my mom.
Hello everyone. I hope this finds you well.
My mother is a woman in her seventies, and has been cancer free for about a year. She had radiation therapy. She's been getting a lot better and has improved her mobility and muscle tone through physical therapy and trying to be mindful of her eating- reducing sugar and the like.
I was wondering if there were any nutritional/lifestyle changes or services that you found *personally* helpful. She's always on the lookout for learning more.
Not expecting medical advice, of course, but I'm just seeing if there's anything someone can share to give her something to look into.
Thanks so much, have a wonderful day.
