Are you an individual living with cancer or beyond cancer looking to maintain a physical activity routine? If so, you may be eligible to participate in a virtual research study conducted by Colorado State University. 

The aim of the study is to examine the effects of a physical activity maintenance intervention after completing a virtual exercise program, Fit Cancer, which is a 12-week exercise program that meets twice weekly on Zoom.  

You may be eligible if: 

·      You have been diagnosed with any type of cancer. 

·      You have completed primary treatment within the past 5 years. 

·      You are not currently exercising regularly.
