Expanders size

Stressed! My expanders are Allergen 500cc——Will these get to a DD? I figured I needed a 800cc to 850? Surgeon did a great job but panicking!!! I’m almost 6ft tall.

    Hi, @momluvalex , and welcome to these boards!

    I am average height but I've always been large busted (DD). I had a similar concern when they put my expanders in but they assured me that they have "wiggle room" with the expanders and can actually go over capacity by a certain percentage AND doesn't have to be exact size for reconstruction surgery. After DIEP reconstruction at the end of December, I am shaped differently but still D/DD. I hope that helps!
