Pain Management

My biopsy isn't until July 11th. When I was in the hospital because I needed a blood transfusion the doctor gave me pain medication. Now that I am home, I only get Tylenol every 6-8 hours.

Sometimes it helps, but usually only dulls the pain. Now it doesn't even seem like the heating pad helps with the pain.

Any suggestions appreciated.

I would ask the doctor for pain meds. Also, call scheduling to ask about moving your biopsy earlier. Work every exam and test like it’s your job!
