Hoarse voice and running out of air.

hi! I’m almost 5 yrs in remission from esophageal cancer with heavy doses of chemo and radiation. The radiation left my neck scarred red. That doesn’t matter because I’m here! But…..lately I’ve had a hoarse voice and seem to run out of air when I’m saying something. Has anyone had this happen? I don’t mean long sentences either 🤣
