kidney cyst results

jan 2023:There is 3.7 cm cyst extending off the
lower pole of the left kidney. There is a 3.9 cm cyst extending off
the lower pole of the right kidney with minimal complexity along its
posterior margin, with question of punctate calcification. No
hydronephrosis.

april 2024: Bilateral renal cysts again noted
measuring up to 4.1 cm and the left lower pole. No hydronephrosis.

I asked my Dr. for an explanation of results was told not to worry. I then asked for a classification of the results or if they had a classification and recieved no comments back from Dr, so I am presently in the dark on the bosniak scaling< > I really just wanted clarification so i would not wait in question.. The Dr. hasnt given any indication or direction on the meaning of the results
