Leg and arms tingling sensation

hello,

my mother is currently on enhertu and she has been feeling a tingling sensation in her legs and arms to the point where she feels like her legs are heavy when she tries to walk . Is there anyone who has experienced that ? And how did they treat it? Because it has been very difficult for her.
